Posted by I’m excited to announce the unveiling of a comprehensive match search function, which allows you to find all of Sydney FC’s competitive matches that meet whatever criteria you specify. You can search for matches based on combinations of aspects such as opponent, referee, venue, day of the week, attendance and many more. The results page shows a summary of Sydney FC’s results in those matches, and you can also request an additional table to summarise the results by some other match characteristic.
A few quick examples of possible searches: A-League regular season matches on Fridays in January; ACL group stage matches summarised by opponent country; wins after trailing at half-time; matches with referees from countries other than Australia and New Zealand, summarised by competition.
