For the first Australia Day “Big Blue” down in Melbourne, the wedge-shaped away bay in AAMI Park was covered by a triangular pullover resembling the Port of Sydney flag, with “SFC” in the usually-blank quadrants. A banner at the top of the bay read “Happy Republic of Sydney Day”.
